New talent referral program

We love recommendations and intros to great people. So much so, that if you introduce us to a candidate who then becomes a team member, we’ll shoot you a bonus! You'll get a referral bonus based on the job levels below.

  • Senior Manager or Head of Department level roles - $1000
  • Director level and above - $2000

The nitty gritty:

  • The bonus will be paid after your referral successfully passes their three month probation.
  • If your intro is a part-time hire, your bonus will be prorated accordingly.
  • To recommend someone, get your referral to send their resume and clearly show your name as the referrer, as well as the role they’re applying for, to joinourteam@spocket.co.

Things to note:

  • We only pay once per new hire - so if you and another referrer both refer the same person… well, it’s the one that got their name in first.
  • The bonus fee is subject to tax deductions.
  • There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make - but they need to be connected to a specific vacancy - no blue-sky introductions.
  • They need to be employed at Spocket at the time of payment. So if their notice period is in effect, the fee gets waived.
  • They can’t be an ex-employee of Spocket (within the last two years).
  • They can’t have already applied to the position they were referred to.
